At 12 Rounds of Fitness we believe the key to our success is by building a solid foundation in the beginning. We are very passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention in a fun environment.We truly believe that we all, regardless of our current conditioning, are able to achieve the goals that we have for ourselves.
